Missing this year’s All-Star Game came with a few perks for Giancarlo Stanton.
While Yankees teammate Aaron Judge helped lead the American League to a win over the National League, Stanton, 28, soaked up the sun in the Bahamas with model Chase Carter. The pair reportedly met at CC Sabathia’s celebrity softball game last month, according to SportsGossip.com.
Taking to Instagram, Carter, 21, a 2018 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie, captured Stanton jogging into the water, sharing the video on her story.
This isn’t the first time the native of Nassau, Bahamas, has seen Stanton in action. Following the charity event, Carter took in a game at Yankee Stadium a week later, rocking a navy New York cap.
Though Stanton’s love life has been something of a mystery since arriving in the Big Apple last year, the reigning NL MVP was rumored to be dating pop star Lexy Panterra after appearing in the singer’s sexy music video. Panterra told TMZ in September she and Stanton are just “going to keep it friendly.”
