New video appears to vaporize Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert’s claim that “heavy fog machines” were to blame for the smoke that got her booted from a performance of “Beetlejuice” — with the footage seemingly showing her taking a hit from a vape pen.
The Colorado GOP congresswoman was seen letting loose at the Sunday night show in Denver’s Buell Theater — with her Democratic date even appearing to fondle her breast, according to 9News, which obtained the footage.
Tellingly, it appears to also clearly show her bringing an electronic cigarette to her lips and blowing out a plume of smoke, despite her denials that she was vaping.
It also shows her being confronted by a pregnant woman sitting behind her, one who has since said she asked the firebrand politician to stop vaping — just to be called a “sad and miserable person.”
Boebert was also seen taking flash photos with her phone and being alone in raising her arms to dance.
At one point, Boebert’s date — Democratic Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher, 46 — appeared to fondle the congresswoman and mom of four’s right breast, with her grabbing his hand and keeping it there, 9News said.
The 36-year-old Republican was eventually kicked out of the performance for her disruptive antics, which were said to have drawn complaints from multiple audience members. Boebert was seen on video flipping off theater staff as she and her male companion were being escorted out.
During her removal, Boebert was quoted as allegedly telling ushers, “‘Do you know who I am,’ ‘I am on the board’ (and) ‘I will be contacting the mayor,’” according to an incident report.
Boerbert’s office has denied she was vaping, telling The Post on Wednesday that there had been “a misunderstanding from someone sitting near her” who hadn’t noticed the “heavy fog machines and electronic cigarettes used during the play.”

Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert filed for a divorce from her husband in May, leading the congresswoman to re-enter the dating scene.
In September, Boebert and her date, Aspen bar co-owner Quinn Gallagher, were booted from the family performance of “Beetlejuice” at Denver’s Buell Theater after she blew a plume of vape smoke into the air — but footage also showed the mom of four groping his crotch mid-show.
Following the debacle, the congresswoman blamed her behavior on her “public and difficult divorce” and later announced that “all future date nights have been canceled” between her and the bar owner.
Her now-estranged husband of 18 years, Jayson, took “full responsibility” for “the breakdown of our marriage.”
“I am appreciative to hear of Jayson’s sincere comments. This is a new season for us both grace and prayers for our family are welcomed by all,” the Republican firebrand said to the Daily Beast.
However, the pregnant woman who complained about Boebert described her and her date as “outrageous” to the Denver Post.
“I’ve never seen anyone act like that before,” said the Denver local, who was not identified.
The mom-to-be told the newspaper that she did not initially know the audience member vaping and acting out was a member of Congress.
The woman claimed that Boebert recorded multiple long videos with her phone during the show, was kissing her date, and singing loudly with her hands waving in the air, as seen in the CCTV video.
At intermission, the woman asked a staffer if she and her husband could move seats. She said she was told, “You’re not the first complaint we had.”
When the woman returned to her seat behind Boebert, the congresswoman allegedly slammed her as “a sad and miserable woman,” she said.
“The guy she was with offered to buy me and my husband cocktails. I’m pregnant!” she told the local paper.
Boebert hinted at being ejected from the performance in a tongue-in-cheek tweet, writing: “It’s true, I did thoroughly enjoy the AMAZING Beetlejuice at the Buell Theatre and I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud! Everyone should go see it if you get the chance this week and please let me know how it ends!”
Boebert’s campaign manager, Drew Sexton, confirmed that the congresswoman, who is running for re-election in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, was booted from the musical but denied she was vaping.
“I can confirm the stunning and salacious rumors: in her personal time, congresswoman Lauren Boebert is indeed a supporter of the performing arts (gasp!),” said Sexton, adding that Boebert “pleads guilty to singing along, laughing and enjoying herself.”
